KITTING PROJECTS Policy

Combine treats from Sofia’s and your sourced items in a custom branded box! Kitting projects are taken on a case-by-case basis, please contact us for optionsand pricing.

Minimum Order Quantity
The MOQ is 32 units.

Available Products
All of our products are available for kitting projects. However, please note our seasonal items, which are only available September-December. Seasonal products include: Mint Chip cookies, Yogurt Covered Pretzels, and Cherry Chocolate Nut Mix.

Production Time
5-7 business days once art is approved on orders under 500 units. Drop ship list and kitting items must also be received by the Sofia’s team before the order can ship. Orders may ship early if possible, do let us know if that is a concern.

Kitting Item Samples
We request samples of all items to be kitted before quoting to ensure smooth execution of your order.

Shipping Kitting Items to Sofia’s
- We request 10% overage of all kitting items in case of damage in transit to our facility.
- All tracking must be received for kitted items to ensure items arrive in-house on time.

Breakable Items
We do not kit breakable items such as ceramic mugs or candles unless it is packaged in its own individual box.

Match Fees
Match fees may apply when matching specific items to recipients. These fees will depend on how the project is set up.
