RELEASE PROGRAM Policy

A Release Program allows you to order upfront, approve artwork and then hold the qty in our system to print/release on demand.

Payment
The program is paid for in full up front. There are no fees to set up or maintain a program once the order is paid.

Minimum Order Quantity
The MOQ is 32 units.

Available Products
All of our products are available for release programs, except for our seasonal items. Seasonal items include: Mint Chip cookies, Yogurt Covered Pretzels, and Cherry Chocolate Nut Mix.

Submitting a Release Request
Each time you have one or more names and addresses, simply use our template spreadsheet and send to orders@sofiascookies.com. Click here to download our dropship template. Please include your PO number in the subject line.

Production Time
3-5 business days once art is approved on orders under 500 units. If applicable: drop ship list and kitting items must also be received by the Sofia’s team before the order can ship. Orders may ship early if possible, do let us know if that is a concern.

Storage Fees
For any Kitting Release programs, storage fees will apply to kitting items held longer than one month.

Design Modification Fee
Any design/artwork changes to an order after it is approved by the client will incur a Design Modification Fee of $150/hour. Examples of changes include, but are not limited to: Adding/removing personalization, altering elements of the approved artwork, providing new artwork, etc.

Cancellation
Release Programs are non-refundable and non-transferable; programs not completed or fulfilled will not be credited. Contact us for a bulk shipment if needed to fulfill program.
