Third Party Shipping
Sofia’s partners with our distributor customers to ship third party via UPS or FedEx. Please provide the address associated with the shipper number for all shipments.
Bulk and Drop Ship (US and International) shipping are all available. Bulk shipments may be subject to additional shipping carton charges based on quantity thresholds.
LTL Shipments
LTL shipments are to be organized and communicated by the Distributor to Sofia’s at your earliest convenience. Sofia’s will provide dimensions (dims) for scheduling and Bill of Lading needs. Freight classification of any components for all kitting projects not supplied by Sofia’s must be supplied by the distributor partner to the logistics company.
Sofia’s is not responsible for shipment once an order leaves our facility.

Returns and Address Corrections
Freight carriers charge Sofia’s for address corrections resulting from, but not limited to incorrect information, re-route, recipient moves (undeliverable) and refusals.
UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO boxes and will not accept addresses with incorrect zip codes, or insufficient addresses.
Charges incurred by Sofia’s for any of the above after shipment are subject to invoice to the distributor upon receipt from the carrier, at a flat rate of $26 per instance, or at actual if greater than $26, as charged to Sofia’s.
Sofia’s will invoice approximately two times per month for charges incurred after shipment.
Carrier Returned Product
- Any shipment marked undeliverable can be reproduced by Sofia’s upon request and will be invoiced separately
- Credit is not provided for returned packages due to inadequate or inaccurate addresses
- All perishable items returned to Sofia’s due to any of the above will be destroyed, and non-perishable items will be donated unless previously communicated to Sofia’s
Reproducing Returned Items
Returned items can be reproduced and resent with the following conditions:
- Distributor must notify Sofia’s of this request in writing to orders@sofiascookies.com. Please include the original PO number.
- A returned shipment may not be sent back out as-is, it must be reproduced for overall quality and food safety purposes.
- Sofia’s will invoice the distributor for the original cost of the item plus a flat handling fee of $25
- Items that may be reused are: Client-supplied kitting items originally included in the shipment. Food products are not eligible.
Claims
Any claims for loss or damage to goods must be filed by the Third Party against the carrier. Please contact Sales@Sofiascookies.com for claims assistance. All materials should be retained for inspection by carrier.
