Current production time is 6-10 business days from proof approval on orders of 500 units or fewer. Ship date to be scheduled once proof is approved. Sofia’s reserves the right to extend ship dates based on receipt of:

• Proof approval

• Pre-payment

• Finalized drop ship list

• Kitting materials (if applicable)

• IMPORTANT: There is one fewer week between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year, resulting in a shorter shipping window between winter holidays. Please take this into account when submitting orders.

Sofia’s is not responsible for shipments once they leave our facility. Transit times provided by third-party carries are not guaranteed. Tracking to be sent no later than the day following shipment (Mon-Fri).

• Orders placed by Wednesday, November 18 can ship the week of November 30 (Please note: our office will be closed November 26-27)

• Orders placed by Wednesday, November 25 can ship the week of December 7

• Orders placed by Wednesday, December 2 can ship the week of December 14.

• New Years: All orders placed after December 9 can ship the week of December 21 or the week of December 28 (Please note: our office will be closed December 24-25, December 31, and January 1)
