 Turnaround Time Estimates

Please email orders@sofiascookies.com at any time for all POs, order artwork, status, tracking and customer service.
Proofs and design requests/edits are sent within 48 hours post receipt of order or request (i.e. virtuals or spec samples).

Standard Orders, up to 500 qty

• Orders ship 5-7 business days once final proof, and if applicable, drop ship list, is approved.

• Orders may ship early unless otherwise requested.

• For kitting orders up to 500 qty, once proof is approved, all merchandise is in house, and if applicable, drop ship list is approved, orders will ship within five business days.

• All kitting materials and drop ship lists are requested in hand no less than one week prior to desired ship date

Orders Over 500 qty

• For all orders over 500 qty, Sofia’s Orders Department will confirm desired ship date upon receipt of order.

• Sofia’s will confirm actual ship date once proof and drop ship list are approved (and if applicable, all merchandise for kitting orders is in house).

Release Orders

• Release programs are invoiced in full upon receipt of order. Programs not completed or fulfilled will not be credited; contact us for a bulk shipment if needed.

• Once proof is approved, release orders ship 3-5 business days post receipt of release request, and if applicable, approval of drop ship list.

• Orders may ship early unless otherwise requested, or staggered based on birthday, anniversary, etc. as directed.
